Essential Committees

  1. School Management Committee (SMC):
    • This committee is responsible for the overall management and administration of the school. 
    • It ensures community involvement in planning, implementation, and monitoring of school development programs. 
    • The SMC works with the principal and other stakeholders to set policies, monitor school performance, and promote the school’s vision and goals. 
  2. Disciplinary Committee:
    • This committee handles discipline-related issues and works to create a respectful school environment.
    • It ensures fair and consistent application of school rules and regulations.
    • The committee may address issues such as bullying, misconduct, and violations of school policy. 
  3. Anti-Bullying Committee:
    • This committee is dedicated to preventing and addressing bullying incidents within the school.
    • It implements and enforces anti-bullying policies and procedures.
    • The committee works to create a safe and supportive environment for all students. 
  4. Grievance Redressal Committee:
    • This committee provides a mechanism for students, staff, and parents to voice complaints and concerns.
    • It ensures a transparent and fair process for resolving grievances.
    • The committee aims to address issues promptly and effectively, promoting a positive and harmonious school atmosphere. 
  5. Other Important Committees:
    1.  Sexual Harassment Committee/Internal Complaints Committee: Addresses issues of sexual harassment and ensures a safe and respectful workplace for all. 
    2.  Child Protection Committee: Focuses on the safety and well-being of children, protecting them from abuse and neglect. 
    3.  Health & Wellness Committee: Promotes physical, emotional, and mental well-being among students and staff. 
    4.  Examination Committee: Manages all assessment procedures and ensures fair and secure conduct of exams. 
    5.  Inclusive Education/Special Needs Committee: Supports students with disabilities and learning challenges. 
    6.  Career Guidance & Counselling Committee: Provides guidance and support to students in exploring career options. 
    7.  Cultural Committee: Organizes cultural events and activities. 
    8.  Sports Committee: Manages sports activities and promotes physical fitness. 
    9.  Library Committee: Oversees the school library and promotes reading. 
    10.  Parent Teacher Association (PTA): Facilitates communication and collaboration between parents and teachers. 
    11.  Safety and Security Committee: Focuses on ensuring the safety and security of the school environment.
